No Run-day

Well, things took an interesting turn and I decided not to run my 16K today.  All I want to say is it important to stay hydrated before, during, and (I have learned the hard way) AFTER your run.  I will start running again tomorrow, but it will be a very slow and easy 3 or maybe 4 K.  I will take the next few weeks to build up my endurance again but things will probably move at a slower pace for a while.  Can't wait to write about tomorrow's run!
